8 best hotels with a pool in Myrtle Beach

Hotels with a pool in Myrtle Beach are a smart pick for travellers who want an easy “in between” option—sunbathing, a splash after beach time, and a reliable place to unwind when the weather turns. In Myrtle Beach’s Grand Strand, poolside stays suit families, couples and groups alike: they’re ideal for kids who want on-site fun, and for adults who prefer a calmer rhythm between outings.

For location, prioritise the oceanfront corridor for direct access to the boardwalk and attractions. The Myrtle Beach Boardwalk runs along the coast from around 2nd Avenue to 14th Avenue piers, offering oceanfront views, shops and restaurants. For entertainment and evening energy, base yourself near Broadway at the Beach, a large entertainment complex with dining, theatres and lively nightlife in the heart of Myrtle Beach. If you’d rather have a more relaxed, semi-downtown feel, The Market Common is a popular shopping-and-dining district with a distinctive landscaped layout.

A genuinely “pool” hotel also means the pool experience is part of the stay—not just a token feature. Look for hotels that offer a dedicated outdoor pool area (ideally with room for lounging), family-friendly hours, and enough on-site amenities to keep your trip flowing.
