6 best hotels with a pool in Troy

Hotels with a pool in Troy offer a refreshing base for visitors who want more than a place to sleep—especially families, business travellers with downtime, and anyone planning a multi-stop Metro Detroit itinerary. A hotel is genuinely “pool-ready” when it has a properly maintained swimming area (often indoor for year-round use, and/or outdoor for seasonal breaks), clear guest access rules, and family-friendly extras such as towels, lounge space, and nearby dining. In Troy, this complements a city with both polished shopping and classic local attractions, so you can balance downtime with outings.

For location, many stays cluster around the Somerset Collection area on West Big Beaver Road, a major shopping and dining destination with convenient access to restaurants and services. Another strong option is near Troy Historic Village, where a collection of historic buildings sits around a green—an ideal stop for daytime exploring before returning for a swim.

If you want the best match for “Hotels with a pool”, look for the types of properties that typically serve both relaxation and longer stays. Options like Residence Inn By Marriott Dayton Troy and Homewood Suites by Hilton Detroit-Troy are well-suited to travellers who value space and on-site facilities, while Hampton Inn & Suites Detroit/Troy and Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Detroit Troy tend to fit busy schedules that still require a solid leisure perk.
