8 best hotels with amazing views in Berlin

Hotels with amazing views in Berlin are not just about being high up; they are about outlook, light and a sense of place. In a city known for its mix of historic architecture, modern buildings and wide-open skies, the best stays make the view part of the experience, whether that means a rooftop perspective, a river-side outlook or a room that looks out over the city rather than into a courtyard. For a hotel to genuinely fit this category, the view should feel memorable from the room, terrace or public spaces, and it should add something to the stay beyond a standard city break.

These hotels suit travellers who value atmosphere as much as location. Couples may want a room with a striking skyline view, while solo travellers and friends may prefer somewhere with a lively setting and a strong design-led feel. Families and longer-stay guests often benefit from apartments or larger spaces with a calmer outlook, such as Downtown Apartments Berlin or Park Penthouses Insel Eiswerder. Design-conscious visitors may be drawn to 25hours Hotel Bikini Berlin, ART’OTEL BERLIN MITTE or Hotel Indigo Berlin - East Side Gallery, while The Circus Hotel, AMANO Home and Hollywood Media Hotel offer well-rated options across different parts of the city.

In Berlin, the best view hotels balance comfort, good transport links and a setting that lets you enjoy the city from above or across the water. That makes them a strong choice for a short break, a business trip or a longer stay with a more memorable backdrop.
