About Concon
Concón sits just north of Viña del Mar in Chile’s Valparaíso Region. You come here for beaches, seafood, sea-view apartments and short coastal rides rather than big-city sightseeing. La Boca is the surf and bodyboard beach, Playa Amarilla is calmer for swimming, and Playa Negra suits families thanks to its gentle slope. The Campo Dunar de la Punta de Concón, Roca Oceánica and the Aconcagua river-mouth wetland add proper nature stops, while Viña del Mar and Valparaíso are easy day trips.
