Luohe hotels like a local.
Luohe is Henan’s low-key food city, where you can pair river walks with Chinese-character history, Neolithic archaeology and easy high-speed-rail links.

About Luohe
Luohe sits in south-central Henan and is best approached as a modest, rail-linked city on the Shahe and Lihe rivers. You come here for Xu Shen’s character scholarship, Jiahu culture, Shali River scenery and the city’s food-industry identity rather than major international tourism infrastructure. It works well as a one-night stop on a central-China rail itinerary, with enough depth for two nights if you add Wuyang and Linying county trips.
