Combloux is a four-season Haute-Savoie village resort at about 980m, between Sallanches and Megève. It suits you if you want scenery, skiing, walking, cycling, Savoyard food and a calmer village base rather than a late-night resort scene. The main rail arrival point is Sallanches–Combloux–Megève, with bus Y83 continuing to Combloux village centre.
