Gassin hotels like a local.
Gassin is the Saint-Tropez peninsula’s hilltop antidote: a tiny medieval village with Gulf views, vineyards below, and beaches and nightlife a short drive away.

About Gassin
You come to Gassin for a quieter, elevated base above the Gulf of Saint-Tropez rather than a full city break. The old village sits at about 200 metres in the Var, with stone lanes, broad views, vineyards and forest around it. It works best when you choose your base carefully: stay in the perched village for calm, views and restaurants, lower down around La Foux or the marina for easier driving and family logistics, or in nearby Saint-Tropez, Ramatuelle, Port Grimaud, Sainte-Maxime or La Croix-Valmer if beach access, boat links or price matter more.
