About Perissa
You come to Perissa for the practical beach-holiday version of Santorini: a long organised black-sand beach below Mesa Vouno, clear water, watersports, tavernas, simple hotels and late drinks along the shore. It isn’t the Santorini of cliff-edge pools and caldera sunsets, so it works best if you’re happy to base yourself by the sea and use Fira as the island’s bus hub for sightseeing.
