Kigali hotels like a local.
Kigali gives you a clean, calm hilltop capital with serious history, strong coffee, contemporary art and unusually easy urban logistics for East Africa.

About Kigali
Kigali sits near the centre of Rwanda and spreads across hills and valleys, so even short journeys can involve steep roads and wide city views. It is Rwanda’s main arrival point, with Kigali International Airport in the city and hotels, tourism sites and business facilities spread across Gasabo, Kicukiro and Nyarugenge. Many travellers use it before or after gorilla trekking and national parks, but it is worth a proper city stay for the Kigali Genocide Memorial, art spaces, markets, coffee, local food streets and the illuminated Kigali Convention Centre
