Can I change the reservation dates?
Confirmed bookings cannot be edited directly in My Bookings. Contact support with your booking reference, current dates and requested dates to ask what is possible.
Before Cancelling
Check availability and prices for the new dates, then review the current cancellation quote for the original reservation. A search result does not hold a replacement room. Cancelling can lose the original price and availability.
If you cancel and rebook, the new reservation has its own price, payment schedule and cancellation terms. You may need to pay for it before a refund from the original booking reaches your bank.
Requests and Exceptions
A date-change or waiver request is not an approved amendment and does not pause a cancellation deadline. Do not assume that a hotel conversation has changed the PriceRoom reservation. Ask support to clarify the recorded outcome before relying on it.
Shortening or Extending a Stay
Unused nights are not automatically refundable. For extra nights, search for a separate reservation and ask the hotel whether you can remain in the same room. Availability and price are not guaranteed.
If an emergency changes your plans, explain the circumstances to support. Any exception depends on the applicable terms and approval. Ask your insurer separately about coverage if you have travel insurance.
