3 best hotels for groups in Davao

Hotels for groups in Davao need to do more than simply offer extra beds. The best options give larger parties enough space to stay together, straightforward check-in, and a practical layout that works for friends, families, school groups, or colleagues travelling on the same trip. In a city like Davao, where visitors often want a base that is easy to use and good value rather than overly formal, the right hotel can make a shared stay feel organised and comfortable.

For group travel, the most useful hotels are those with room types that suit mixed needs, from dorm-style beds to suites, and with a location that keeps transfers simple. Properties such as J’s Backpackers Hostel, The Strand Suites and Dormitel, and Deck 360 Dormitel may appeal to budget-conscious groups that are happy to share space. First Pacific Inn, Infinity Suites, and The Executive Villa Inn & Suites offer a more traditional hotel feel, while OYO 133 Jazzy James Country Hotel 2 and Capital O 461 Asrodel Hotel provide further mid-range choices. Guest scores across this list suggest generally solid experiences, with several properties rated around 8 or above.

The best fit depends on how your group travels: whether you need low-cost beds for a short stay, or a more private setup for a longer visit. In Davao, a good group hotel should keep things simple, practical, and reasonably priced without sacrificing comfort.
