2 best spa hotels in Belle Mare

Spa hotels in Belle Mare are best understood as places where the spa is a real part of the stay, not just an extra room on the side. In this east-coast Mauritian setting, that usually means a hotel with proper wellness facilities, treatments you can actually build into a holiday, and enough comfort around them to make relaxation feel effortless. The strongest options combine spa access with beachside surroundings, so guests can move easily between time in the treatment room and time by the water.

This type of stay suits travellers looking to slow down: couples on a restorative break, friends after a low-key escape, and anyone who wants a resort holiday with a clear wellness focus. In Belle Mare, the appeal is also in the setting itself. The area is known for a calmer, more laid-back feel than busier resort hubs, which makes it a natural fit for spa-led stays.

The best-known names here include The Residence Mauritius, One & Only Le Saint Geran, Constance Belle Mare Plage, Long Beach Golf & Spa Resort and LUX Belle Mare Villas, alongside more affordable choices such as Veranda Palmar Beach, Sunrise Attitude and Eden Villa. Across the list, expect a mix of 3-star to 5-star properties, with the higher-end hotels generally offering the most extensive spa and leisure facilities.
