Compare the total for the selected dates, rooms and guests, along with the room type, meals and cancellation terms. Rates for the same hotel can cover different things.
Before Confirming
Check the final checkout summary for:
- The amount payable to PriceRoom
- The exact charge currency
- Any amount due now and later payment dates
- Included meals and room occupancy
- Cancellation charges and deadlines
- Separate charges payable at the property
A display-currency estimate is not the same as the charge amount. PriceRoom charges in GBP, EUR or USD; other browsing currencies are estimates of a GBP charge.
Local Charges and Extras
Where we have information about taxes or fees payable at the property, we show it separately. Amounts may be estimates or depend on guest eligibility and local rules. Missing information does not establish that a charge is zero. Ask the property about unclear charges or deposits before booking.
Optional extras such as parking, meals or spa use are included only when your selected rate says so.
Comparing Offers
Check whether another offer has the same dates, occupancy, room type, meals, currency and cancellation terms. Include known charges payable at the hotel in your budget. A lower nightly headline can have different inclusions or conditions.
Prices and availability can change before confirmation. Review any updated amount shown during checkout before accepting it.
