How do I make a reservation?
Search for your destination, dates, rooms and guests. Include children's ages so the results reflect the party travelling.
Choose a Room and Rate
Open the hotel details and compare available rooms. Check the room type, occupancy, meals, cancellation terms and any separate property charges. A special request, such as early check-in or adjoining rooms, is not guaranteed unless the property confirms it.
Sign In and Enter Guest Details
A PriceRoom account is required to book. Sign in or register when prompted. Enter the names of the guests who will stay, matching their identification, and check the contact email carefully.
Review Checkout
Before confirming, check:
- Hotel and stay dates
- Rooms, adults and children
- Room type and included meals
- Cancellation charges and the PriceRoom deadline
- Amount and currency to be charged
- Any amount payable now and each scheduled payment
- Local charges or extras payable separately at the property
Use one of the payment methods offered for this booking. PriceRoom charges in GBP, EUR or USD. Other browsing currencies are shown as estimates alongside the actual GBP charge.
Check the Outcome
Follow any payment-authentication instructions and read the resulting booking status. Payment authorisation alone does not confirm a reservation. If it is pending or under review, wait for a final outcome or contact support before making another booking.
For a confirmed booking, keep the confirmation and available voucher. You can check the reservation in My Bookings.
Multiple Rooms
Each booking is for one room. If you need more rooms, make a separate booking for each room. Separate bookings have their own availability, prices and cancellation terms.
Before Travel
Check the property's arrival instructions and identification or deposit requirements. If you need a formal invoice, contact support; the voucher is a booking document. For an offer booked on another site, use that site's confirmation and support service.
