Les 4 meilleurs Hôtels avec spa à Adeje

Spa hotels in Adeje offer a refined escape in Tenerife’s south, where wellness-focused stays sit close to the area’s most atmospheric coastal spots. For a classic “treat yourself” base, look towards Costa Adeje’s Playa del Duque, known for its high-standard, tranquil beach setting and an upmarket stretch of promenade with restaurants and shops. For nature lovers who still want spa comfort after a hike, Barranco del Infierno is a standout excursion in the wider Adeje area, celebrated for its gorge scenery and dedicated hiking route.

A genuinely good spa hotel is more than a pool: it should prioritise recovery with temperature-based circuits, therapeutic treatments, and calm spaces designed for relaxation rather than just leisure. You’ll usually find these standards in larger 4★–5★ resorts, including Royal Hideaway Corales Suites, Royal Hideaway Corales Beach (Adults Only), Iberostar Selection Anthelia, and Guayarmina Princess (Adults Only)—ideal for couples, wellness travellers, and anyone planning a slower itinerary with daily time for massage, hydrotherapy and restorative downtime.

In terms of where to stay, Costa Adeje suits guests seeking an upscale beach promenade and an easy switch between treatments and activities, while more self-contained options (including Adults Only) fit those wanting a quieter, sleep-first holiday rhythm—exactly the kind of atmosphere spa breaks are built around.
