Les 6 meilleurs Hôtels avec spa à Ischia

Spa hotels in Ischia are built around the island’s famous volcanic thermal waters, so you’re not just paying for a pool and a few treatments. The best spa stays offer direct access to hot-water facilities (often thermal parks or in-house pools), alongside a proper wellness offering such as massages, mud or inhalation therapy, plus a calm environment for rest between sea-view sessions. This makes Ischia ideal for couples seeking downtime, travellers who want a restorative rhythm (rather than a purely sightseeing holiday), and anyone booking a wellness break in a setting where thermal bathing is part of local culture.

Where to stay depends on the kind of spa day you prefer. For a classic “thermal resort” feel, consider Casamicciola Terme, known for its historic thermal springs and spa atmosphere. Forio suits guests who want a more laid-back base close to botanical surroundings; for example, Giardini La Mortella sits in Forio and anchors the calmer west-coast vibe. If you’d rather be close to the island’s lively waterfront promenade, Ischia Porto (including Corso Vittoria Colonna) is a convenient hub for evenings out, while still allowing easy access to thermal experiences.

Examples from our inventory include Excelsior Belvedere Hotel & Spa (5★) and Luxury Relais Villa Magdalena (4★) for guests prioritising higher-end facilities and a more pampered stay.
