Aperçu — Agadir
Agadir is best read as a beach-and-base city rather than a classic medina destination. Much of old Agadir was destroyed in the 1960 earthquake, so the modern city is laid out around broad roads, resort hotels, newer districts and a long seafront. You’ll have the easiest stay by the water, better value and local eating in Talborjt, quieter newer accommodation in Founty, and a more surf-focused base north towards Anza and Taghazout.
