Perché Hotel sulle piste da sci, e perché qui
Ski hotels in Isola sit right at the heart of Isola 2000, the resort village within the commune of Isola in the Alpes-Maritimes, directly built for winter access and snow days. For piste proximity, Isola 2000’s base area and lift network make the difference: you can step out of your accommodation and reach the slopes within minutes, and the ski domain spans 45 runs between 1,800m and 2,610m. Beyond the snow, the locality of Isola village (the older settlement below the resort) gives an authentic backdrop for calmer strolls, while nearby Col de la Lombarde sits within the broader ski/sightseeing orbit.
A “real” ski hotel stay here suits skiers and snowboarders who want convenience over commuting: short transfer times, easy boot/ski storage, and accommodation that supports daily riding (early starts, frequent trips to the slopes, and warm down-time after). That’s why Isola 2000’s slope-facing options are popular with families, couples, and groups who prefer to live locally—walking to dining and lift access—rather than drive between activities.
Within our selection, Hôtel Le Druos is positioned in the heart of Isola 2000 with access to pistes and facilities nearby. Higher-end guests seeking added comfort can look at Chalet Marano Hotel Restaurant & Spa (4★) and SOWELL RESIDENCES New Chastillon (4★), while more budget-friendly stays like Hostellerie de Rimplas (2★) and B&B Le Rupicapra (1★) suit value-focused travellers who still want the Isola 2000 base.
