Perché Hotel con viste spettacolari, e perché qui
Hotels with amazing views in Medellín are not just about a room on a high floor. A genuinely good view hotel should give you a clear outlook over the city’s hills, skyline or green surroundings, while still offering a comfortable stay and easy access to the parts of Medellín you want to explore. In a city known for its lively neighbourhoods, mild climate and dramatic setting in a valley, the best stays combine scenery with practicality.
This kind of hotel suits travellers who want more than a place to sleep. It works well for couples looking for a memorable base, solo travellers who value a pleasant setting, and anyone planning a city break where the room itself is part of the experience. Some of the best-rated options here, including Hotel El Zarzo, Montecarlo, 1616 HOTEL and Villa de Los Angeles, stand out for strong guest scores as well as their appeal as places to stay in the city.
It is also worth remembering that “amazing views” can mean different things. For some hotels, it may be a broad city outlook; for others, it may be a quieter elevated setting with greener surroundings. The strongest choices usually balance outlook, comfort and location, rather than relying on the view alone. That is why this list includes a mix of hotels, apartments and hostel-style stays, from 4-star properties to more budget-friendly options such as Hostel Metro Floresta Alojamiento and Akela Park. Together, they offer a range of ways to enjoy Medellín from above, without losing the convenience of being close to the city’s energy.
