I 5 migliori Hotel con ville a Sutivan

Hotels with villas in Sutivan are ideal for travellers who want privacy, space, and a more independent island pace—without losing easy access to Sutivan’s seafront life. Sutivan sits on the north-west coast of Brač, known for its Mediterranean feel and long stretches of pebble beaches, plus a gentle hinterland made for walking. For local colour, many visitors start around the harbour area and promenade, then branch out to cultural highlights such as the Kavanjin Mansion complex.

Staying in a villa suits couples seeking quiet, families who value separate rooms and room to spread out, and small groups who prefer having their own terrace, outdoor seating, and—on the more upscale options—extras like private swimming pools. In a place like Sutivan, that “at-home” comfort matters: after swims in the Adriatic and relaxed evening strolls, you can truly switch off.

Where to stay in Sutivan: choose the harbour-to-promenade area if you want restaurants, bars, and daily convenience within an easy walk, or opt for a slightly elevated / residential villa setting if you’d rather trade maximum proximity for calmer views and more seclusion. Either way, you’re well placed to enjoy the island’s scenic routes such as Via Brattia, which passes through Sutivan.
