Hotels with a pool in Guatapé are a strong choice for travellers who want to balance sightseeing with downtime. A genuine pool hotel here is one where the pool is a real part of the stay, not just a token extra: somewhere you can cool off after exploring, relax between outings, or enjoy a slower pace in a destination known for its colourful character and lakeside setting. That makes these properties especially appealing to couples, families and friends looking for a more leisurely break, as well as anyone who values a comfortable base after a day out.

In Guatapé, the best pool hotels range from simple stays to more polished retreats, so there is plenty of variety. Volare Guatape, Hotel Bahía Del Faro, La trinidad, El Trebol, Country House Hotel, Bosko, Ecoedén Glamping and Gretel Chalets Suizo all feature in this shortlist, with guest scores suggesting consistently strong approval across the board. Some options lean towards a boutique or design-led feel, while others are more straightforward and practical, giving you flexibility depending on budget and style.

What unites them is the promise of a pool alongside a setting that works for both rest and exploration. For visitors who want a refreshing swim, a scenic pause and an easygoing stay in one of Colombia’s most distinctive small towns, these hotels fit the brief well.
