Beach hotels in Kaprun is a useful search term, but in this mountain resort it does not mean a seafront stay. Here, the best-fitting properties are hotels and apartments that deliver a relaxed, holiday-style base with easy access to water-based leisure in the wider area, plus the comfort, service and facilities travellers expect from a proper break. In practice, that means well-rated places with a strong guest reputation, comfortable rooms or apartments, and a setting that works for both active days and quieter downtime.

Kaprun suits visitors who want a scenic Alpine stay with straightforward access to outdoor activities, while still having a choice of polished hotels and self-catering options. The list below includes a mix of 3-star and 4-star properties, from Hotel Dorfchalets Kaprun and Apartmenthaus Gotthardt to Mountain Hotel Luis, Das Alpenhaus Kaprun and Lederer Boutique Hotel. That range makes it easier to match budget, style and independence level to the kind of trip you want.

A genuine “Beach hotels” result in Kaprun is therefore less about sand and more about convenience, comfort and a resort feel. The strongest options tend to be those with high guest scores, good standards throughout, and a location that supports both exploring and unwinding. Whether you prefer a boutique hotel, a mountain lodge or an apartment-style stay, the right choice will feel easy, well kept and suited to a holiday in the mountains.
