Hotell i Toruń som en lokalbo.
Toruń is Poland’s gingerbread-scented, brick-Gothic time capsule, with a UNESCO-listed medieval centre, Copernicus history and Vistula views that fit neatly into a weekend.
Om Toruń
You come to Toruń for an unusually intact medieval cityscape on the Vistula: the UNESCO-listed ensemble covers the Old Town, New Town and the ruins of the Teutonic Castle. The city is closely tied to Nicolaus Copernicus, born here in 1473, and to pierniki toruńskie, the gingerbread tradition explored through museums, workshops and bakeries. It’s compact enough for a car-free short break, and it also works well as a slower cultural stop by rail between larger Polish cities.
