Die 8 besten Hotels für Gruppen in Kathmandu

Hotels for groups in Kathmandu need to do more than simply offer a bed for the night. The best options give friends, families or small tour parties enough space to stay together, a practical location for getting around, and a level of comfort that keeps everyone happy after a busy day. In a city as lively and varied as Kathmandu, that usually means choosing a hotel that is easy to reach, straightforward to use, and well suited to travellers who want to share the same base without sacrificing privacy or convenience.

This list focuses on properties that work well for mixed group trips, whether you are planning a short city break, a longer sightseeing stay, or a stopover with several people arriving at different times. Hostels such as 8848 hostel and Flying Yak Hotel - Hostel can suit groups looking for a more sociable, budget-friendly stay, while places like Swarga Heritage Hotel, Hotel Rosemary Homes, Hotel Lotus Gems and Hotel Rising Home offer a step up in comfort for groups that want a little more space and a calmer atmosphere. Stupa Guest House and 327 Thamel Hotel add further choice for travellers who value simplicity and a central base.

What matters most for groups is flexibility: rooms that can accommodate different party sizes, a setting that makes meeting up easy, and consistently strong guest feedback. The hotels here score highly with travellers, which is a good sign that they handle group stays well and deliver a reliable experience in Kathmandu.
