Die 5 besten Spa-Hotels in Nosy Be

Spa hotels in Nosy Be combine the island’s natural calm with proper recovery-focused facilities: treatment rooms, trained therapists, and typically hydrotherapy options such as massage-led programmes, thermal-style bathing, and wellness routines designed to de-stress after swimming or island trips. These are ideal for couples, solo travellers, and families who want relaxation to be the main event rather than an afterthought—especially on a destination known for lush beaches and day excursions. For sights, many guests use their spa day as a reset before heading out to landmarks such as Mont Passot’s volcanic viewpoint for panoramic views or soaking up the atmosphere around Andilana Beach, often described as Nosy Be’s most beautiful beach.

Where to stay depends on the pace you prefer. Hell-Ville is convenient for dining, transfers and planning excursions, while Andilana and the north coast suit travellers who want a more beach-close base with gentle downtime between activities. For a slightly more “resort” feel, look for properties that are set back from the main bustle but still within easy reach of key beaches and tours.

Within our bookable inventory, options such as Vanila Hotel & Spa (4★) and Andriana Resort & Spa (4★) suit travellers seeking full spa immersion, while Hotel Arc en Ciel (3★) and Le Moya Beach (3★) work well for those who want a relaxed wellness stay without losing the convenience of getting around.
