Where are my check-in instructions?
Check your booking confirmation, voucher and the hotel details available in My Bookings. Contact the property before travel if arrival instructions or contact details are missing.
Confirm with the Property
- Check-in and check-out times
- Reception opening hours and the latest arrival time
- Any steps for late arrival, self check-in or key collection
- Identity-document requirements
- Deposits, local charges and accepted payment methods at the hotel
Do not assume every hotel has a 24-hour front desk. A stated check-in time does not guarantee early access, and a special request does not confirm that it has been accepted.
What to Bring
Keep your booking confirmation and voucher accessible, including any hotel reservation reference. Bring the identification and payment method required by the property. Check name spelling and the room and guest details before departure.
Early or Late Arrival
Ask the hotel in advance about early check-in, late check-out or arrival outside reception hours. Availability and fees vary. Obtain the property's instructions before relying on an arrangement.
Problems on Arrival
Show the front desk your voucher and reservation details. If the problem is unresolved, email support@priceroom.com with URGENT, your booking reference and what the hotel has told you. For an immediate safety emergency, contact local emergency services.
